Archbishop Dwane Brock hails from Cincinnati, OH where he matriculated at the University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, and the Cincinnati Bible Seminary. After working his way through school, Archbishop Brock was sent to Erie, PA by his then Episcopal leader, Bishop Charles Herbert Foggie. At age 21, he pastored, rebuilt, and revitalized a church and community.
